Christ is staying out of Christmas,

He's usually wlling to do as we ask

so we join strangers in the check out,

while in Macy's grace and light we bask

taking epensive gifts to well off friends,

ignoring family we don't even miss

we make the most of our Happy Hoidays

celebrating the yearly spending bliss

laughter rings through out the snowy night,

never considering the whispered prayers

of those Christians who's religous holiday

we blaspheme, and desicrate, Cheers!

all other religons and thier holidays get respect,

Christmas is not a shopping or feast day.

It is a Christian day of celebrating Christ,

warp it historically, satanizie it as you may.

Christ's birth is what is celebrated Christmas day.

these other's who disrespect it and us,

and take it to make it their own envision

have stolen the joy, and nativity from the scene

but within homes, despite all the division,

children still hear the true Christmas story

families still worship, celebrate and pray

thanking God for his gift of Christ on Christmas Day.
