Intelligence Uncurled

Pregnant possibilities

expelled to be nurtured

in societal garden beds.

Enriched with culture,

and challenges, to stretch

intelligences uncurled.

Opportunistic beasts

crawl between layers,

eating away security,

isolating each petal

weakening the form.

Bruised burgandy velvet

lost to nature's reality,

falls to compost roots

and provide for aphids.
